When it comes to bullying, I don't understand what is it that causes people to become bullies or what is their cause. It may be because of attention or problems going on at home but they should know that there are better ways to get the help they need. I am personally against bullying. All people want to do is bring others down. People should be able to help each other to be stronger together not tear each other apart.
Effects Of Bullying (Physically)... Besides name calling and putting people down, physical harm like punching, hitting, kicking, etc..., that is still bullying. People hurting you is a way of them feeling more powerful than you.Bullying can also lead to harming yourself or committing suicide. Many people hurt themselves thinking that will help with the pain they are going through. others can't take the pain anymore and harm themselves in ways that they affect their health or could kill them.

Bullying can lead to depression and feelings that will make you think that you are worthless. Some of these effects can last for a long time, even into adulthood. A person who is bullied may become an adult who finds it hard to trust others, has problems making or keeping friends and lacks in confidence or self-worth. When people get bullied they feel sad and lonely because they are not comfortable talking to someone about there problems. Emotional bullying can also lead to a version of Stockholm Syndrome, where the victim over-identifies with the emotional bully and even defends the bully's behavior to others
What I Learned...I think that in order to not be a victim of bullying you should be confident about yourself. Being positive is the key to being confident. People will try to bring you down everyday. Prove that you are way stronger than them by smiling through the day and pay no attention to people's comments. Another way can be by learning how to stand up for yourself and not stoop down to the bully's level. The main thing to do is believe in yourself. Believe that you can do anything and that no one will ever stop you.
